Tinks Tots Preschool and Daycare

Our two years with Mrs. Tina have been absolutely wonderful. She has helped our son grow both academically and socially, and we truly can’t say enough good things about the care she provides. She creates a warm, safe, and structured environment tailored to the needs of each child. We regularly receive thoughtful progress updates and report cards that highlight what our son is excelling at and areas where he can continue to grow—something we love! On top of that, she provides delicious, home-cooked lunches! Tina genuinely cares for every child in her care. We feel so lucky to have had her in our son’s life.

Tina is so great with our kids. It feels like a second home to them which makes me feel better dropping them off. She is so kind and personable. Her preschool program is beyond amazing and I'm so impressed at how much my kids grow in their knowledge every year. We have been so thankful for our time with her and would highly recommend her.

Our son was born premature, so we had hired a private nanny for 3 years before we moved to St. Cloud. Tina was the first interview we did remotely and felt completely at peace. This was the easiest part of our move. A decision we are so grateful for. Our son has thrived socially, emotionally, and has grown so much with the preschool curriculum that Tina does. Easily passed the kindergarten screen! The communication is great— reminders of what is going on for the week, always checks in if your kiddo is sick, and gives updates on progress. She also gives updates in advance of any dates that she is closed. We’ve never had any last minute closures. We’ve been so happy with Tina and have already reserved a spot for our 8 month old. We would recommend Tinks Tots daycare to anyone looking for a genuine provider, great communication, a healthy and clean environment, and an environment where your child thrives.

We met Tina when deciding to transition from our nanny of three years to a home daycare. We met several providers, toured their spaces and Tina was an immediate YES! Her home was clean, tidy with a well organized toddler and preschool program and proximity to a neighborhood park. Our girls (2 and 4 at the time) started with Tina in fall 2021. We're in our last few weeks with her as our youngest will be starting Kindergarten this fall! It's been a wonderful few years in her care. The girls very much enjoyed their time there. Hatching chicks and butterflies in the spring, water play and park time in the summer, toddler and preschool program during the school calendar year. We made the decision to keep our summer-birthday girls back one year prior to starting school and Tina's home preschool program was excellent to keep their learning on track. Tina is diligent about health and adheres to strict practice about keeping sick children home. I appreciated that so much! It meant everyone stayed healthy which minimized missed days for all children in her care. She also does very well with communication. Whether it's regarding a current illness exposure to be on the lookout for, the detailed monthly calendar or individual information about your own child, she stays in touch. Her own time off, which everyone deserves, was communicated well in advance. Even "last minute" changes were given a week+ notice. Not once in our time there was there a truly last minute schedule change. We highly recommend Tina for your little ones :) She'll be dearly missed by our family!

I could not have found and had a better daycare than Tinks Tots. Tina is amazing and just loves the children like her own. She is structured, organized and reliable and sends out monthly calendars and texts daily curriculum boards to families to see what the kids are learning. My daughter started when she was 18 months and is now 5 and in that time she has learned so many things. She is even reading CVC words and sight words. She looks forward to Tina's every day and gains so much from the kid interactions as well as Tina's amazing curriculum, fun calendar days and variety of science experiments. The kids get to hatch eggs and learn about the process along the way, hatch butterflies and participate in so many cool experiments. She even shares videos and pictures with families. She is great at communicating and is very understanding but also believes that keeping kids safe and healthy are priority. Her prices are affordable and her services are priceless! I can definitely say that I wish I would have found her sooner for my older son. She is an amazing teacher and thus deserves the pay that goes with it. Best money spent in my mind!
