TLC Infant Care and Nanny Afterhours

My son was at TLC Infant Care from April - December 2021. Finding infant care is hard enough, but looking for a provider that I felt really good about during a pandemic was even more difficult. I'm so glad we found Shelly! She provided the warmth and attention of a small in-home daycare and the professionalism and experience of an established daycare center.

Shelly cares for our infant daughter full time and I could not recommend her more. She has been warm and loving with our baby, who is always happy to be at Shelly's home. In addition to being good with babies, Shelly has been flexible with the needs and requests of us parents and is very professional and easy to communicate with. Her prices are competitive, especially for having such a small group and a personalized business model. Proceed with confidence.

I normally never write reviews but I spoke with Shelly on the phone yesterday and I was blown away by her kindness, thoughtfulness, and sincere care about making sure I find great care for my 3month old while i go back to work soon. I was super bummed she didn't have a current opening but she was so gracious and took the time to help me think of other options/suggestions of where to look while I'm currently on her waitlist. That was so much more then the other two places I was considering did when speaking with them on the phone, you can tell she really knows her stuff and cares about babies!

Good quality, personal care for my little one. Met my needs, above and beyond. Provided quiet, private space for nursing sessions and was flexible with my schedule. Small home environment vs a big daycare was unbeatable in having open communication with one provider taking care of my child and making sure his needs were met.
