Tot Town Day Care

Ms. Ashley the director is very patient and kind, when I walked in I was greeted by her. She helped me with getting my child enrolled. Her kindness is over the top and I really recommend Tot Town 1 as Ms. Ashley is just so loving. I also saw her interact with the kids also and she was caring for them and joking around with the kids which is just adorable to me.

Listen, my child went to Tot Town for a year. As he got older, he got busier, and more curious, typical children stuff. The staff informed myself two weeks prior to his last day that his behavior had declined. I asked when did his behavior start to decline, the staff advised it’s been that way for months. I politely asked why wasn’t myself and my husband informed of his behavior. Each time we checked in, we were informed he was doing fine and had a good day. The staff advised they were unaware of us being given incorrect information. The staff even went as far as to try to diagnose my child with a speech impediment as a reason for his decline in behavior. So, myself and my husband worked diligently to get him into a routine of good behaviors both at home and daycare. Then, we get a phone call that the owner of the daycare was putting my child out and had to be picked up immediately. Like, we only got two weeks notice of his behavior, then they put him out. A two-year old, still learning. So I highly do NOT recommend Tot Town I to anyone. My child had to unlearn some of the negative behaviors that he learned at Tot Town like fighting back, throwing stuff, and having serious meltdowns. He was not doing any of that before he went to Tot Town and as time went on, we noticed his behavior declined in the home and each day we had to fight with him to get him to go to daycare. My baby’s mood always became sour when we pulled up & I deeply feel that my child was being mistreated in that daycare. He’s now at a new daycare and his behavior has improved dramatically both at home and at daycare. Which further confirmed that my child was being groomed by Tot Town to have problematic behaviors. Do NOT send your child to Tot Town.

My son been there for a month and the whole staff is very unprofessional! They do not make incident reports after my son was BITTEN AND had bruising on the face! Staff doesn't inform Parent on ANYTHING WITH YOUR CHILD! Staff constantly gets mad when your child is whining or crying! Mad because a BABY doesn't want to take naps! Only want your money! Ghetto and bottom of the barrel daycare. They do not care about your child's wellbeing at all! Staff doesn't pay attention to kids nor inform the parents about their needs!

I called up there to get a quote for my child and they were rude. The woman that answered the phone seemed like she did not want business. I sent my daughter’s father to grab application and the lady didn’t explain what to do just said here. So yeah lost a customer here.
