Tracy's Treasure Daycare

This is by far the best daycare. They offer transportation and the staff is AWESOME! I met with the owner, and she is very compassionate about the kids. My other kids attend will be attending the Summer Camp because I am well pleased with the care provided. I LOVE THIS PLACE!

I dropped my son off at this day care and for a whole year and my son would wake up and be excited to go to this school we recently moved and had to switch daycares and I could immediately tell a difference in his behavior (b4 and after school) he wasn't excited at ALL to go! And he was all ways ready to leave. So after I noticed the behavior issue we went to a therapists who said he needed to be where he felt comfortable learning. We took him back to Tracy's Treasures and now he is doing much better. He hates to leave when we pick him up and that is what the therapist said to look for. They were showing him love and embraced him during our time away. Trained staff and owner to deal with kids like my son.

I am a single father and have custody of my niece and nephew. I was struggling trying to find care for them while I work and they took the kids, pick them up and sometimes drop them off with my mom when I work. I have a crazy work schedule but they be willing to help. I would have lost my job because I could not always take them and pick them up on time. Mrs. Tracy worked it out so transportation was not a problem to interfere with my work attendance. God is good and I am thankful for Tracy’s Treasures Daycare.

Three of my children go to the location in the Roebuck/Centerpoint area. I must say that the Owner all the way down to the teachers are amazing. My children are learning new things daily and they keep you updated on all things. I am grateful to them for being apart of the village that it takes to raise/nurture children. Gratitude✨

Do NOT allow your children to attend here. My son was premature with complications so I was paying 100 dollars a week for a relative to keep him. However I did let my other three children attend the centerpoint location. After i registered them i was then told they did not have a merchant at that location but one in westend by the owner Tracy. So i trusted her with my card because for one i had already transfered them and to she proclaimed to be a trustworthy Christian. I have childcare central and when it was time for me to recertify. I asked Tracy if she recieved my recertification because mine never came(she said no)On vacation i decided to go up to child care and they informed me that they mistakenly but my youngest baby on her roster instead of relative care. MY SON HAS NEVER BEEN TO HERE DAYCARE. She was closed from the 24th of December to January 2 and refuse to take my calls. She has recieved over $800 dollars for my child while I've been playing out of pocket. She refuses to pay me my money or explain why she would steal the money knowgly. They will not serve you kids lunch or breakfast you have to pack it. They do Not teach the children or help with homework for after school care. These are money hungry con artist beware!!
