Tree House Childcare

My son has been going to this daycare since he was too. He’s been potty trained. his speech has become better. His interaction, and social abilities has became more and more better. My son is the only child and it’s a bittersweet moment knowing that my son is going to be graduating very soon, but I can say this if you’re in the Colerain area, I will let you know out of any five star daycare I will definitely recommend this daycare.

Having to find my childcare a new daycare after the pandemic was scary because at 3 years old Kindercare was all he knew. Although, after only a couple days of being there I regretted ever choosing Kindercare to begin with. My sisters children attended this daycare years ago and she suggested them. The best decision ever!! Mrs. Kesha and her team of ladies go above and beyond for their babies. I instantly felt safe and welcomed and so does my son. I’ve seen him grow in so many way after only attending a few months. He impresses me with something new everyday.most imports he is excited to go which has never happened and happy when he leaves. I will always have my children here there’s no better daycare in the city!!!

Had a bad experience with this daycare. Staff spelled my child’s name wrong the first several months. Had to be reminded and asked several times to spell it right. Spelling a child’s name right is very imperative at this early stage of learning. My child is three years old. Furthermore, staff was inconsistent with relying important information. Apparently, a time change was made a month ago about drop off time being at 8:30. No written notice was given. In the initial enrollment packet, it stated 9:00 am which was the reason why I chose the daycare. My child was dropped off at 8:33 am and was sent home for the day. A staff member stated that my child had to arrive before 8:30 am. I was in disbelief my child was sent home for a three minute time difference which caused a conflict with my work schedule. Certainly would not recommend the Treehouse childcare to any of my friends, family or colleagues. I truly understand why they still have a one star rating.

Best daycare my son has ever been to! He loves it there. I really put my trust in this place! Call Keesha she is amazing and will make enrollment so painless! All the staff is amazing 🤩
