My little sweetheart Brantley absolutely LOVES going to Treefort and we cannot recommend them enough. Courtney and her staff are wonderful, welcoming, and kind. Treefort was recommended by a friend of mine and after taking my son there, these folks are passionate about providing a safe, welcoming, and fun place for children. Communication and trust is HUGE for any parent and trust me, they excel at it. We get many pictures and videos throughout the day via Brightwheel. I'm pretty high maintenance at work and about my son and Treefort has been beyond accommodating with last minute requests for childcare and I cannot thank them enough. We also do their KNO package which is a monthly Sat from 5-8pm and they do many fun activities like animal encounters, glow parties, and Trout the Clown. I'd recommend checking their monthly packages as they provide the best value. Thank YOU Treefort for gifting this mama the gift of time 🤍

I like the idea of Treefort, however, whenever I bring my baby there even for just a couple of hours she comes home very sick. I don’t think they do a good job of screening the babies for illness and just take any baby in regardless of their condition. Just thought I would share my experience so far in case other parents are considering bringing their infant in. The teachers are very friendly and do their best and management is flexible if you need extra time. My only main concern has been the illness.

My son, Brock, has been going there almost 3 years now and I’ve been meaning to write a review for years! ;) I cannot say enough wonderful things about treefort. They are so communicative and always willing to help when they can. Our little guy can be a lot! High energy. But they always have so many fun things to do. He LOVES going and I can’t say that about a lot of places we take him ;). There are so kind and thoughtful too. They heard I was going through breast cancer and included me in “walk for breast cancer” they were doing for another mom. There’s no more wonderful feeling to see your child care provider actually excited to see your child. It makes the leaving them a little easier. Warms my heart. WE LOVE TREEFORT!

I sent my infant son here in the hopes of getting him a bit used to a daycare environment before he went full-time. This was a bad idea. It's pretty much an open layout, though there are 3-foot fences separating the age groups. We had to walk through a dozen or more screaming older kids to get to the infant area, which was in the very back. I think it was a converted closet, but it was also just separated from the rest of the area with the older kids by a half-door. It was loud and noisy and not just from the other infants.
My little boy's lips trembled as I handed him over. Two hours later, I got a call saying that they had taken his temperature because he was shaking, he had a fever, and to come pick him up.
I would not recommend this place for young infants. Way too much overstimulation. It might be great for an older, neurotypical child; I did receive numerous photos of my kid in the short time he was there and it is convenient.
I realize daycares are not libraries. But place with its open layout was far more chaotic and noisy for infants (and other kids) than any daycare that I toured when picking a full-time one. I won't be sending my son here again unless he's much, much older.

today was our first day of any daycare, and within 5 minutes of me leaving i was already updated with videos, and throughout the day i received so many pictures and as a first time mom that was so reassuring. every staff i ran into this morning and during pickup greeted me and i believe a welcoming atmosphere sets the tone. treefort is a dream! i can’t wait to schedule more days!
