My son has been going here since 4 months old. The staff are kind, caring and patient. Overall everybody has been very helpful answering all of our questions. They use an app to send you updates about your child; when they go to sleep, wake up, eat, poop, etc. Sometimes they even send you photos of your child, if you miss your little one it helps to get through the day. They have pretty well defined and strict policies and they keep to them to make sure everything runs smoothly. Not the biggest fan of paying full price even if the child is out sick, but I guess all daycare facilities do that. They have lots of events and opportunities to get involved. They do have a lengthy list, but sometimes opportunities open up to send your child here for a few days a week, that's how we got in, and since then have expended to 3 days a week. Overall very impressed and will continue sending my son here.
