Treehouse Preschool has been fantastic for my 1-year-old! He’s made amazing progress and is learning so much every day. The staff is incredibly kind, caring, and attentive—they really go above and beyond. Seeing my son so happy and thriving makes me so grateful. Highly recommend!

I've updated my rating from 1 to 3 to 4 stars -
I'd like to provide an update on my previous review regarding Treehouse's policy changes. After further communication with the administration and experiencing the new system, I have a more positive perspective to share.
While the "No parents beyond the waiting area" policy remains in place, I've found that there are still effective ways to stay connected with my child's education and teachers. Upon request, teachers are available to speak with parents during drop-off or pick-up times, and phone calls are welcome for important communications. I recently attended a parent-teacher conference with my daughter’s teacher, which was informative with regard to my child’s development.
The school has been proactive in sharing information about classroom activities, allowing me to reinforce learning concepts at home. Additionally, Treehouse organizes monthly activities where parents can participate, fostering engagement with the school community.
I've come to understand the operational efficiency of the new drop-off system, which helps classrooms run more smoothly. Also, on most days I feel like the drop off at the front of the school in the waiting area is a better transition into the day for my child. I still believe It would be beneficial if parents could pick up their children from the classroom or playground, as this provides valuable insight into the learning environment and allows for a brief connection with my child’s teacher. I’d really appreciate it if Treehouse would consider allowing parents back into the playground for pickups.
I appreciate the administration's responsiveness to parent concerns and their willingness to discuss and address issues. Treehouse has demonstrated a commitment to maintaining open communication and finding ways to keep parents involved in their children's education.
Also a BIG thanks to all the wonderful teachers!

Based on my meeting with Melissa, I've updated my review from 1 to 3 stars. I met with Melissa, one of the two Treehouse administrators, yesterday. I appreciate her time in meeting with me and some of the other moms. We had a productive conversation, and I am now awaiting her reply regarding two specific points:
1. Parent-teacher communication, as outlined in NACPA 11.5: "Teachers are encouraged to speak to each child's parents/guardians on a regular basis (no less than weekly) in order to discuss the child's day..."
2. The open door policy for parents, which encourages parents to visit the program at any time their child is in care.
I truly appreciate Melissa's meeting with us and willingness to get back to us with a response regarding how she plans to ensure parents have access to our children while they are in the care of Treehouse preschool.

I've been a part of the Treehouse family for a while now, and I have to say, the teachers are absolutely wonderful.
However, I feel it's important to mention a recent policy change that has left many parents, including myself, concerned. Treehouse has recently implemented a "No parents beyond the waiting area" rule. This means we're no longer able to enter classrooms during drop-off or pick-up times.
While I understand the administration's reasons, this policy significantly limits parent-teacher interactions and our ability to observe our children in their learning environment. As someone who values being involved in my child's education, I find this challenging. Research has shown that parental involvement in early education can greatly benefit a child's development.
The administration says they're open to discussing concerns, but despite feedback from many parents, the policy remains unchanged. If you're considering Treehouse, I strongly recommend discussing this policy with them and reflecting on how it aligns with your family's values and needs.
While the teachers are fantastic and the care is generally good, this new policy has created a disconnect that prospective parents should be aware of before making their decision.

Treehouse preschools staff is full of love and care. My son is so happy to be dropped off every day and always comes home with a big smile and full day of adventures. The teachers engage with my son to make sure he is growing and learning in these key moments of his life. I am so glad I found this lovely daycare.

Both my kids go here; I have a 6 month old and a 3 year old. They offer good quality daycare and the teachers are very caring people. The facility is new and it is well kept and clean. My 3 year has been in multiple daycares and he seems to enjoy this one. They have a big outdoor play area with a new playground. The class rooms are well equipped and are well organized. I work on miracle mile so this is conveniently located 5 minutes away, this daycare is inside a nice and quite residential neighborhood with lots of trees surrounding the building. Their tuition fees are attractive when compared to other quality daycare centers.
