I know many people that have quit here and me and my friend have quit as well, they do not let you off on time and then force you to stay overtime, and are super unorganized. They heavily mishandle the children especially the ones learning to walk and have staff that yell at them and picking them up by one arm. And kids are always getting hurt or bitten everyday, definitely not somewhere to be sending your child. Some of the staff mistreat people of darker color as I've witnessed, and being a Asian myself I couldn't just let that slide and they make it seem like they have authority over you. You can't even go to the bathroom when you really need to. And they also lie about starting wages, you get below minimum for strenious work and clean up. And speak baldy about parents when things go wrong when a parent is complaining. They even fired a girl only because the kids did not like her. They are just money hungry people who do not care for employee or parental opinions or health. Horrible environment indeed, do NOT allow your kids to go here..

I love this center! I had the privilege of being able to both work here and have my children in care at the same time! With working there, I was given a ton of support and opportunity to grow. The friends and community developed is wonderful!
I have 2 kids and they absolutely adored their teachers. My oldest is in Ms. Kaitlyn's and Ms. Heather's class, she has been able to not only build friendships that has her coming home with some fun stories but also has allowed her to grow. They were hands on working with potty training, fine motor skills, creating a structured environment and so much more.
My baby started in infant 3 with the wonderful Ms. Edie and Ms. Hannah! They took amazing care of him and kept me informed of needs and allowed me to feel less anxious about not having him near me 24/7. He was able to move up through the classes and join the Waddlers, who have an amazing team of teachers. Ms. Natasha was his primary lead teacher and I have so much appreciation for the care she's shown my little one. He has grown steady on his feet, figured out how to use his voice to babble in ways I love to hear and has been continuously curious about everything around him!
There is an amazing team here all working together to show the love and support all families need.

My son has been going to treetop for 7 months. I was very anxious as I’ve never sent him to daycare before and he’s 2. I was worried it would be a hard transition, turns out it was only going to be hard for me. He absolutely loves walking into class everyday and says bye mom! His teachers are so friendly and loving. Everyday at pick up my son is playing with others having a good time. He is always happy to see everyone and walks in and out with a big smile on his face.

My son has been going to Treetop Village Early Learning Center since he was 8 weeks old and he is now 5 years old. He knows every teacher there and they love him. We have had our up and downs as our son does not like change and they had some staff changes going on and his behavior was very bad during this time. All the staff that has been there since he was a baby helped out with this transition and went out of their way to make him feel comfortable and loved. I would 100% recommend treetop village to anyone. I drive out of my way every day so that he can still go there even know we bought a house in a different town.

My daughter has been going here since 12 months old and has had a great experience. The teachers are attentive and follow special needs for diaper changes/etc. They use an app to keep you informed throughout the day on your child’s care.
