I recently enrolled my daughter in TLCL for full time care for this summer and fall. After I paid the deposit, about 3 weeks later I get a call from the director that THEY made an oversight error and they did not have full time room for my daughter anymore. I replied and stated that is fine and I will continue searching for other childcare. I reached back out and requested my deposit back and they said that it was non refundable.. I find that extremely scammy as THEY did not have the room for my daughter which I enrolled her for. Extremely disappointed in the director for their response with this.
