This was my first experience with daycare of any sort and it was the most positive one I could’ve imagined. As soon as you walk into the building, you are met with friendly faces and a clean and organized environment. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly warm, affectionate, and attentive when it comes to your child’s care. I have had such an easy time coordinating anything regarding my child’s care with both the director and assistant director of this facility. Overall, if you are looking for child care that accepts Army Fee Assistance and has very involved and loving staff, I could not recommend Tutor Time enough! ❤️

The teachers do not welcome the kids in or help them feel adjusted. I drop my child off and she's clinging to me I have to abandon her and then she stands there for a long time not doing anything. I do not recommend this place for children with any sort of delay or autism
I informed the director that my daughter is potty trained at home and wears pull ups while out. When she came home both days she went there she was crying saying her bottom was icky only to find that they had put a diaper on her and the diaper was full about to explode with pee!!
The kids literally roll around on the floor for hours a day with like 20 of them piled up.
Maybe we were spoiled with the daycare centers on base, they were the absolute best.

I am speaking as a former child that attended tutor time and as a current parent. I REMEMBER going to tutor time. It was many years ago but I loved it. My children love it now. They are well cared for. VERY well cared for. There are live feed cameras so you can tune into whatever your little it up to in that very moment. There is no cameras on the playground so if you see an empty classroom, there’s a good chance your kid is outside. They provide pretty much everything your child needs. I haven’t had an issue yet. They even do picture day for your kids. So excited to see how my kids continue to enjoy it.

My family absolutely loves tutor time. The teachers are all amazing, he is loved and cared for here. I feel peace leaving because I know he is in safe loving arms.
The infant room is great if you are needing care for your baby. They give each child the proper attention and comfort needed.
My son loves all his teachers especially Mrs. Pam. Thank you tutor time for being my sons home away from home.

My child was there for over a year. During that time it was a revolving door of teachers and directors, never knowing who was caring for your child, and children of all ages in the same class. Some days my child rotated through so many classes the camera showed an empty classroom. Curriculum—what curriculum? No staff bios so there’s no way of knowing anything about the people you’re leaving your children with.
There was only one temporary director who possessed the professionalism and experience to get the center together but she transferred. Other directors have been dismissive of parent concerns or current staff and the current one passes blame. When asked for the director’s supervisor info, it couldn’t be provided. When I requested corporate information, I was directed to their website.
Absolutely no one takes accountability for anything or shows initiative to make positive change.
It’s an okay place if you’re in a bind and can’t find anywhere else (as I was), but our children deserve better.
