For a month now, my two children have been going to this wonderful kindergarten, for them this is the first place after home, this is our first experience. I’ll be honest, after the negativity I read here, I was very worried about trusting my children, and in vain! My both children, who are 1 year old and 3 years old, cannot wait until the morning to go back to kindergarten. They say the names of their teachers all day at home, and when they meet, they run to hug them as if they were their own. This is the main indicator for me that they are treated there very warmly and kindly. Thanks to the director Christine, teachers Meghan, Heather, Christina, Vanessa for their relationship with our children and their care and attention, the most important thing is quality care.

This is the third full time daycare we have sent our kids to over the last several years and can say without hesitation, we love Tutor Time almost as much as we love our kids. We’ve been sending our youngest (4yo) for over a year now and they have done an amazing job at not just making her feel welcome and safe, but the growth she has shown in so many areas of learning and socializing is unreal. They have cameras that stream to their app so we can always peak in and see how she’s doing which gives us extra security and ease of mind. She is always telling us about how much fun she has each day and how much she loves her teachers. Management has also been super responsive, supportive, and kind. Cannot recommend highly enough.

My children have attended daycare and preschool at Tutor Time since 2017. Tutor Time uses apps called Watch Me Grow (live stream in classrooms) and Sprout About which allows teachers to post pictures and videos and provide daily feedback on diaper changes, feedings, bathroom visits, meals, kudos, etc. Weekly lesson plans and the weekly menus are also posted to preview. Throughout the year, families are invited in for special events, an annual art show, and a holiday show, to name a few. When we enter the building, we are always greeted by someone at the front desk. The environment is warm and inviting. We have many lasting relationships with multiple teachers, even when our children have moved on from their classrooms. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are provided by the center, and Ms. Stephanie in the kitchen has gotten my children to try many more foods than I've been able to at home- and she shares recipes! We have had nothing but amazing experiences at Tutor Time. 5 stars, for sure!

I was nervous to return to work and send my son to daycare. I chose tutor time on the recommendation of a trusted friend. I love the curriculum and the cameras in the classrooms really set my mind at ease. The first year was great. I didn't like that you had to pay for food and diapers even if your child didn't use them but I figured my sons sensitive skin and food aversion were too blame and had no issue of the nominal fee as they made it clear before we signed up. Around the time my son changed classes there was also a director change, a member of tutor time corporate came to help in the transition and also during maternity leave of the new director. Within months everything changed for us. My son started screaming and crying when it was time to go to school. When he saw certain people in the hallways it was a total meltdown of epic proportion. When he was home he kept saying I'm sorry over and over, begging not to go back, promising to be good. The number of incident reports increased and he came home with more injuries than ever before. I started to watch the camera as much a I could and I saw the sleep cot of another child kicked while she was in it. I reported it, nothing was done. We started to look for look child care but it's so hard when so many places have such a long wait. Things continued to get worse for my son and it reached the point I couldn't keep my child there and we pulled him without alternate child care in place. I wasn't seeing anything on the camera when I could watch but his behavior was just too uncharacteristic and concerning to stay. His birthday was shortly after we pulled him so we sent invitations to the class before leaving. It was only then that I learned my child was observed on camera by another parent being abused by one of the teachers. The other parent reported it and despite the entire center being required to report any suspected abuse it was not reported to authorities, we the parents were never informed, and the camera footage was deleted. This center had a history of child abuse ( google it) and the problem goes to corporate as the corporate representative is the one that deleted the footage and smiled to my face every morning at drop of and every afternoon at pickup. Tutor time is a cash grab that takes advantage of parents in need of child care. The verbal and physical abuse is throughout the center. Teachers neglecting, degrading and abusing kids is common and most good teachers have left due to this. If you care for your children and their safety do not send your kids there. Some kids make it out fine but will yours be one of the lucky ones or will they end up being physically or verbally abused by one of the teachers that have no business around young kids.

Our little one has been at Tutor Time since she was two. She's now in her last year of preschool. We love the curriculum, and our kiddo is very prepared for kindergarten: academically, socially, and emotionally. She has several good friends, and I love having a network of supportive parents working with the teachers. They have fantastic programs, like an evening art show. Wonderful way to start our daughter's education, and we highly recommend Ms. Christy, Ms. Monica, and the entire TT team!
