Tutor Time of Portage

We enrolled our 3 year old and 1 year old into Tutor Time. They were only there for a few months because we ended up moving, but I’ve been meaning to write a review! This is one of the things we miss most from moving was this day care. My oldest has some speech and social delays, but the teachers were so sweet and caring and patient with her. The structure and curriculum they provided helped her development so much in such a short time. Everyone I met was very happy and reassuring with both of my kids, and Jessica was amazing at communicating with us and working with our schedule. As parents, we loved the video camera we could look at to see how our kids were doing and the daily updates sent to the app. We miss Tutor Time and would 1000% recommend.

My 2 youngest children attend Tutor Time, and im so thankful. I love it for them and I love how they interact with our children and allow parents to be a part of the interaction.

We absolutely love Tutor Time of Portage! The staff is incredible—always tentative, kind, and focused on the individual needs of every child. The learning environment is exceptional, with a strong emphasis on fostering curiosity, creativity, and growth. One thing that stands out is how safe and clean the facility is. It's clear they prioritize the well-being of the children at every turn. They also strictly adhere to LARA policies and procedures, which gives us extra peace of mind knowing that our child is in a compliant and secure environment. Our child has flourished here, not only academically but socially as well. The teachers are professional and clearly passionate about what they do, providing a nurturing atmosphere that makes us feel confident leaving our little one in their care. The communication is top-notch, too—we’re always kept informed about daily activities, milestones, and progress. We can’t recommend this daycare enough for parents looking for a safe, supportive, and enriching place for their children!

This place is nice looking that is the one star for but don't be fooled the teachers like to grab kids by there legs and favor kids over others. I have witnessed kids being snatched by the teachers in aggressively way and then the teachers blame it on the kids. The person that runs this place will always take the teachers side even after witnessing on the camera. Do not send your kids here.

Be prepared to be called repeatedly if you submit a request on their form. It makes you consent to receive email communication, but they only call. I just wanted information on rates and availability to see if a tour would be worth it or a waste of time. I did not want to be called practically once an hour after submitting a request. After sending the first 3 calls to voicemail, I finally answered the fourth only to be told the info I requested could not be sent via email even though I consented to receive communication that way. I will not be moving forward with this facility due to this first impression.
