I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DAY CARE! The teachers are carless and mean to the babies. My daughter age of 2 was attending this daycare when I walked into a teacher yelling and yanking a plastic bowl out of her hands. Her excuse was “I’m overwhelmed and needed to erupt I’m sorry” That was not a reason why to yell at my daughter who can’t defend herself. My daughter was crying along with other babies I took my daughter and never returned. The director of this facility said she was a substitute teacher she works with older kids and will continue to I knew then this place was not for my daughter. I attached a photo of the unprofessional individual who was mistreating my baby as she was trying to apologize for her behavior . She should not be working with babies

Perla is the director at this place and she clearly doesnt care about helping. she does not like to work with special need kids and claims to not have enough staff for classrooms. she is very rude with her facial expressions and her tone. Also she is always talking about her personal life or staff members or maybe even parents she does not like at the front desk. That is unprofessional. She is a poor representation of the few hard working staff members that work there.

We were looking for a good daycare for my daughter since the previous "home" daycare didn't work out too well. A good friend tuned me into Tutor Time. He'd brought his children to Tutor Time and had nothing but good things to say. He attributed his children's advanced social/mental development to this establishment. We decided to give it a go which turned out to be one of the best decisions we'd made. Tutor Time in Santa Ana is staffed with fantastic individuals who take pride in their care for the children. I highly recommend Tutor Time in Santa Ana.

My son was at Tutor Time in 2014. I had a bad feeling about the place because I saw kids laying directly on the carpet in the morning to nap, kids had runny noses and no one was cleaning them, and most of the time I was there I saw only one person in charge of a room full of kids. We had a our son here for about a month, and despite paying for a certain amount of time in advance, we decided to take him out of this place when he told me that the person taking care of him hit him. The way my son was crying about the situation, indicated that it was not an accident, because he had tears in his eyes when I picked him up and the incident had happened earlier in the day. He also told me about the incident in a very low voice, as soon as he had an opportunity to tell me about it, so that the day care worker would not hear him. I called and spoke to the day care worker and she did not deny hitting him . . . she said that it may have happened and if it did then it was an accident. I am posting this, because my son still brings up this incident; he's 12 years old now and the last time he brought up was when he was 11 years old. It's possible that the person who hit my son is no longer at this location, but it's also possible that they are still there. At the very least, there should be cameras in the day care rooms and outside in the play area to keep the kids safe.

This is a good school. We love the teachers in the Infant and Preschool classes. Miss Donna and miss Juanita are the best. Our son learns so much with the preschool teachers. We just wish the play yard for the infants and toddlers has more grass and less dirt as it is a little tough for kids at crawling stage.
