Under The Sky Home Daycare

My journey with under the sky home Daycare began almost 2 years ago. My sister had her son in the daycare and told me how amazing Evelyn (The Owner) ran the Daycare. My son was five years old when he started attending the Daycare. Some background on him, he was none verbal and on the autism spectrum, Was not potty trained, and was attending several hours of therapy session. The moment we met with Evelyn, her Daycare smelled so clean and sanitized . She immediately brought all her attention to my son. And I could feel her love for him the moment she met him. Due to my son's autism, he was an extremely picky eater. Yet, Evelyn's homemade food made my son's pickiness go away. the variety of food that she cooks is amazing, healthy, and nutritious. My son was coming home from Daycare requesting her food. This coming from a child who was only eating McDonald's cheeseburgers. It is hard to find somebody who you can truly trust with your child. Because my son was nonverbal, I was extremely weary of where he would be attending. But the fact that my son was happy to see Evelyn, not wanting to leave her daycare at the end of the day, and extremely happy to see her every morning. Made me realize that this is where my son should have always been. If you're looking for a Daycare and want somebody who not only truly loves your child but we go above and beyond for them... this is the daycare to attend. My son just started kindergarten in August, and since he left the daycare has been requesting for Evelyn and her food. If Evelyn were ever to open up a school, I would enroll my son immediately. What made me feel comfortable, and an added perk, was that she would send me daily pictures and videos of my son. This made me confident and knowing that I chose the right place. Daycare providers like Evelyn are extremely rare , and I have never come across somebody who truly loves my son just as much as I do. I have been extremely lucky to be able to have my son enrolled at under the sky home Daycare. if you want any more background or information, please ask Evelyn to use me as a reference. Our son has been with Evelyn at 'Under The Sky Home Daycare' since she first opened her doors in the Spring 2022, about 2.5 years ago. He just had his last day and his 'graduation' as he's now headed to TK. Our family cannot truly thank Evelyn enough for everything she did for our son throughout the years, going above and beyond for him and the other children. The celebration she threw him was bitter-sweet as we know he will be successful in school due to everything he learned and experienced in her care. When he first started her daycare he was not potty trained, speech delayed, not use to socializing with other children due to covid lock-down. Now not only is he fully bi-lingual (English & Spanish) but fully potty trained and has a big brother mentality with the younger children and loves babies. Evelyn would send pictures everyday, artwork and an oral report with us at pick-up of a summary of his day. We always felt well informed on what was going on with our son and his progression and new skills he was learning, as well as anything we needed 'to work on with him'. I can honestly say our son would not be where he is today without the love, care and patience he experienced at Under The Sky Home Daycare with Evelyn. Thank you, Teacher Evelyn for everything!

All my kudos to Evelyn and her beautiful daycare. I was lucky to find a place where my baby would feel happy the same way he is at home. We visited several places, none really convinced me in the very first visit but Evelyn did. We started 2 weeks ago, my baby is the youngest. It's been a difficult but at the same time rewarding experience. Just like any other mother I was afraid of leaving my baby to any daycare. However, working with Evelyn is the best decision we have made so far. She is compassionate, she got to know our little one in the very first days. I really appreciate the personalized care she offers for each children. All I can say for now is that when we pick up our baby, he is still smiling. The environment is very respectful, Evelyn makes sure that all kids learn to respect each other. I had the chance to see my baby interacting with the toddlers, I am fascinated with how they play with our baby and also care of him. I definably recommend Under the Sky if you are looking for a clean, safe, respectful and personalized child care.

We have been taking our daughter to Under The Sky Daycare since September 2023 when she was 9 months. She's 15 months now and we couldn't feel luckier that we found this daycare. Evelyn and her staff are great with her. There are a lot of daycares out there where you always worry about how they are taking care of your children but we have never had any reason to feel anything but that our child was being extremely well taken care of. Evelyn has great communication, she sends us pictures and updates every day and our daughter has learned so much since starting daycare here and they are constantly doing fun activities. 10/10 in every way.

I have been taking my ( now 2 years old) son to under the sky day care since May 2022. Words can’t describe how great Evelyn is at her job. I was very lucky to have found under the sky daycare when I did as I was going through the biggest transition of my life so far. The only thing stable during this entire time was going to take my son to daycare. Not only is she compassionate, caring and loving towards the kids but she genuinely loves and cares for the parents. We are a lucky bunch to have someone like Evelyn to trust with our kiddos, so if you are interested in getting her care… don’t hesitate do it now!!
