Our daughter has been at the University City Kindercare for five months and they have done an excellent job caring for her. The teachers approach each day with such positivity and the developmental activities they do for infants are fantastic and have definitely helped our daughters development. We'd recommend this location to anyone looking for childcare!

My 1yr old baby girl was here for three days only. I got her out because I realised the teachers were lying. One day I went to pick up baby in the noon and the app said she is sleeping, while actually she was crying badly. They would not help baby console or distract from crying. The app update was she ate all her food, but I saw all her food was on the floor. They didn't feed her water all day as she couldn't ask. When she was home she kept drinking water like she was thirsty all day. There is so much to it. If your baby is less than three year old, don't choose this day care. They are taught to lie in their traning.

Kindercare UTC is like family. From the moment I brought my infant in day one, I felt genuine care. The staff is all amazing, I feel safe and secure leaving my baby every day. The facility is clean and everyone is so warm and welcoming. They send daily photos and updates through their app, which is so nice! I look forward to watching my baby grow up here throughout the years. Thank you Kindercare UTC!

Took our daughter there from about 2 months to 6 months old. Initially we were a bit weary and intimidated/protective of our daughter as she's our first and only child. However, the staff and director are very friendly and highly caring of all the kids. They worked closely with us to provide the best care possible. By the time we left due to moving farther away, they felt like an extension of the family.

#UCFam has been a part of our lives for over 4 years! My girls love it here and most importantly, they LOVE all the teachers and staff. I am so grateful for the consistent love, support, care, and kindness shown to my kids and family. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a daycare where their kids will be loved and supported all day. Thank you KinderCare, from the bottom of my heart ❤️ 💙 💜
