This is not easy for me to write. Not because of any issues with the daycare but because we left due to relocation. To put it in perspective, our son started at the start of COVID. And in these uncertain times, I hugely appreciated the communication and precautions that the daycare took to keep the children and staff safe. Was there times of frustration, yes but they were due to a pandemic and out of the daycare control. The director and assistant director were very responsive and would happily discuss and handle any concerns or questions you have. My son (2y) was completely attached to all of the teachers and they were all wonderful with him. I felt like my son really thrived in the environment. Even with the teachers wearing masks, they did a great job teaching speech. He learned his manners and is very good with his ā€˜please’ and ā€˜thank you’. In addition, they did a great job teaching him to use the potty. Lastly, there is no screen time which was a big thing for me. I felt my son would get plenty of screen time at home and didn’t want a place that had children using a screen for some of the day. I was very comfortable with my son in their care and would have kept him going there if it was possible. I would recommend the daycare.

We love this daycare. The staff are long standing and wonderful. Our son has always loved his teachers and is excited to go each day. They are great partners for parents and keep the children safe, content, and learning new things at all age levels (our son started at 7 months). Knowing that he is at Club Fed gives me the peace of mind I need to be able to focus at work during the day.

We love Victory Childcare and believe it is the best center in the Capital Region. We switch daycares when our youngest was four and they completely prepared her for kindergarten. In the classroom they were doing things our daughter was in her kindergarten class. She also has a peanut allergy and it was the first time that we felt safe leaving our daughter. They took it very seriously and had all the proper training and procedures to ensure her well being. I would absolutely recommend Victory Childcare to anyone.

I can not speak more highly of a child care center. The excellence shown throughout the entire center comes from the leadership down — I leave my son everyday knowing that he is loved, nurtured, taught, and safe with the staff at Victory Child Care. There is nothing more a parent can ask for than that and the value of that is immeasurable. Thank you for not only meeting my expectations the past 6 months but absolutely exceeding them. The impact you have on these young lives is very real. Everyone associated with Victory Child Care is making a huge difference in all of these young children’s lives and I’m forever indebted to you for the excellent work you do with my son.

If i could give -100 stars I would. I send my daughter here and victory always seems aggravated when I ask questions , always quick to rush me off the phone and act as if I am a pest , they are money driven don’t really care about the kids or their needs just whatever puts money in their pockets. There were a few incidents where my daughter came home with bruises and marks on her body when mentioned to victory i was told i was lying and no child or employee touched my daughter and that she must’ve did it to herself.. my daughter is 2. Make it make sense. This place is bad for business and i DO NOT recommend anyone sending their children here.
