We recently interviewed this daycare as a potential option for our son and were incredibly impressed. The space is fantastic, and the staff is wonderful. What truly stood out, however, were the thoughtful policies designed to ensure an attentive, empathetic, and exceptional experience for every child. Particularly the one up and one down policy. If one staff member is standing the other is at eye level with kiddos! Wow, just wow! These policies are truly designed with littles in mind. While it was unfortunately $200 over our budget, forcing us to reluctantly choose the daycare next door, we would enroll our son here in a heartbeat if our financial situation changes. I had to share this 5 star rating because out of 25 daycares I interviewed and toured this one stood out in a way that others didn't and if you live in the area-- you should know of this gem!

Our 3 year old twins just started at Wander in Wonder. We absolutely love it. Their teacher is amazingly in tune with their emotional needs as well as devoted to supporting their passion for learning. We get an update every day with the daily interactions and photos. The preschool space is beautiful and multifaceted for all things learning, including spaces to support social, emotional, motor and cognitive learning. We are extremely happy with having our kids’ first structured learning experience be with the staff at Wander in Wonder.

We started our infant and toddler at WIW MLK when they opened in November of 2024. From the very beginning, the staff has been kind, professional, communicative, and so great with our kids. It is obvious everyone, from the directors to the individual teachers, truly care about early childhood development. We are so grateful to be part of the WIW community!

Our family is really lucky to have found the community at Wander in Wonder. Our son started there when he was 5 months old and it has been a really great transition. The staff is so caring and really loves what they do.

We've had a wonderful experience here. Our son (1yo) started when they opened in November and it's clear he really enjoys being there. Laura and Kiki have been flexible and accommodating with us as we get settled and quick to answer any questions we have; they have been so kind. Teacher Jaelyn sends us detailed and wonderful emails about every day at school with pictures. Lunch and snack are healthy and our son has been eating a lot according the daily summery of food and diapers. They also change our cloth diapers for us, which is so nice. They make sure to go outside with the kids every day no matter the weather, which I think is so important. I appreciate the intentional, respectful, autonomy encouraging, boundary setting and consistent way everyone interacts with our son. They derive their philosophies from R.I.E, Reggio Emilia, P.B.I.S. and anti-bias education; the handbook online is very informative if you're curious if their style is a good fit for your family. I was nervous about starting at a new program/facility (they have an established center in SE), but I have only been pleased with the care our family has received. We are excited to watch our son grow here over the years.
