Wasatch Nature School

We LOVE Wasatch Nature School! We’ve attended for two years now with two different children and they both have had incredible experiences! I love that they get to play and learn in nature in all weather. They have learned so much about resilience and perseverance. They trust their bodies and their minds. The teachers are wonderful and invested in my children. They make each child feel like the most important child there. My only complaint is that they don’t have a location closer to my house! Let’s find a magical location in PG! :)

Wasatch Nature school is the best preschool! We love that our son spends the whole class outside learning and playing. The teachers are so kind and he looks forward to school everyday. We are considering kindergarten because we love it so much. Don’t hesitate to sign up your kids!

We are so grateful to be a part of the Wasatch Nature School community! Our child has developed and strengthened so many attributes (resilience, creativity, curiosity, awareness) in this very special environment of outdoor learning through play. Honestly, our child would probably be content sitting at a desk and reading all day long, but we’re confident she’s building an important foundation for life at WNS. The teachers are endlessly kind, contagiously enthusiastic and clearly committed to the growth of their students. It’s well worth a commute!

I can’t say enough good about Wasatch Nature School! My daughter has been there for two years, doing a year of preschool and now kindergarten. We’ve also participated in the summer camps. I’ll put another daughter in preschool here next year and she can’t wait. I’ve been amazed that my daughter never complains about going in the snow or rain and has learned to love being outdoors in all kinds of weather. The teachers are the best and really care about my kids. I wish they had first grade on up! They are helping prolong childhood and let kids be kids while learning in the coolest environment. I’m so glad we found this school!

We love Wasatch Nature School. It truly is such a wonderful community. We have participated in the caregiver and me class, preschool and summer camps so far. I have been impressed with each program we have participated in. The teachers are so talented, magical and kind.
