Watchful Eye Daycare of Columbia

Our daughter has been going to Watchful Eye since they opened. The staff has all been amazing there. They really reinvigorated the building and made it such a great place for my child. It’s super convenient for us to walk our littlest to school at the same time we take our big kids to Bryant Woods ES. I can’t recommend them enough to people. Especially when you factor in the monthly Parents Day out where we can drop her off on a Saturday and take our big kids out to do something for them and it doesn’t feel like our little one is missing out on anything. Watchful Eye is amazing!

Our daughter began at Watchful Eye at 4 months and as first-time parents we were very nervous about leaving her at daycare. But from Day 1 all the teachers and staff were so kind, caring, and loving. They put all our fears at ease. The communication between school and home is outstanding. We received constant updates throughout the day, including pictures, as well messages from the teachers. When we would go to drop our daughter off in the morning she would always be so happy and smiley. We also loved the many art projects they do with the kids, as well as the special events they do for things like Mother's and Father's Day. If you're looking for a daycare in the area, Watchful Eye is a wonderful place!

We absolutely love Watchful Eye! From the moment we enrolled our daughter, we felt welcomed and reassured that she was in great hands. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and truly dedicated to each child’s growth and well-being. The facility is always clean, safe, and filled with engaging activities that keep our daughter excited to go every day. We’ve seen so much progress in her social skills, learning, and confidence since starting here. The teachers communicate well and keep us updated on her daily activities, which gives us peace of mind. We highly recommend Watchful Eye to any parent looking for a nurturing and high-quality daycare. It’s a wonderful place where children are loved, supported, and encouraged to thrive!

Our daughter has been enrolled at Watchful Eye for over a year and we love it! She has made lots of friends and loves going to daycare. Her teachers are great and they always give us details about her day. Her class is always doing fun activities and learning a lot. We love the community feeling through the holiday activities for the whole family. They even offer a Parent’s Day Out once a month or so during the weekend!

My son attended Watchful Eye Daycare at the Columbia location for 5 months before we transitioned to the Gambrills location (much closer to home). As first-time parents, we were overcome with many emotions regarding the transition from home to daycare. It's safe to say that Watchful Eye has truly exceeded all of our expectations! Their constant communication through the Brightwheel app gives us peace of mind throughout the day. Our son is learning and is so happy! He's hitting all of his milestones (some of them have been even earlier than expected) and the routine has been so beneficial for him. He's truly thriving! We are so appreciative of all the artwork that gets sent home. We loved all his teachers (including Mr. Jason) at the Columbia location. They always had positive things to say about our son, and it was apparent that they truly cared and are dedicated to their work. Our positive experience at the Columbia location has made us feel much more at ease in regards to our transition to the Gambrills location (which is also going very well so far!). We appreciate ALL the teachers and staff for taking such good care of our little guy!
