Our family loves Wee little quackers! We have been coming for almost a year now and my boys, who are a year old and the other, almost 3 who has a speech delay, has excelled so much! The teachers are amazing and you can tell they love what they do and my boys absolutely love them! Thank you for everything you guys do and showing our boys love and patience.

This staff and center has been an incredible blessing to our family. I have three children ages 4, 3, and 8m old attending for some time now. We came for a horrible situation at our previous childcare center and were very nervous sending our two older children back and young baby for the first time. Robbie and her staff have been nothing but helpful, patient and understanding, as well as remarkably accommodating to any and all concerns, request, and last minute schedule changes we have run into. I am always informed and aware of what is going on with my children on a daily basis. They are happy and excited to attend, even requesting their teachers when they are unhappy with me at home šŸ˜‚ We couldn’t be more pleased with ours and our children’s experience and relationship with staff members. I would absolutely recommend this center to anyone looking for childcare.

Unlike my son's previous daycare, he never goes in dreading. He never comes out of daycare shaking and starved. On the way to daycare, he excitedly repeats his teachers names over and over, only to give me a hug and a kiss "goodbye", and rush into class smiling when we arrive. I can tell my baby is well taken care of and that they all love him here; I couldn't be more happy to have found this place and the caring teachers that exist here. Clean, safe, fun filled, play based learning! I am SO thankful to and for this place. ā¤ļø

Okay so this daycare is absolutely amazing. The first thing that I noticed is that they are not all about the money but about the care of the children. My kids are smiling and excited when we're pulling into the daycare's parking lot. The staff is friendly and patient with our kids. I wouldn't have them anywhere else.

As administration, we are sadden that anyone has a negative experience in our center. We always welcome feedback and suggestions from our clients. We make policies and guidelines based on State Rules, and guidelines suggested by agencies that advocate for children’s safety, well being, and their education. Sometimes our policies do not always coincide with what a client would like. Our first priority always goes to the care of the children. Each child is unique, therefore, sometimes a daycare setting, group size, busy atmosphere, isn’t the ideal place for a particular child. We are on the front line to spot behavioral, developmental, and educational problems. We also have the background and education to do so. We have staff with degrees in early childhood development. We work closely with the Great Start Program and continue to work to gain more accreditation. It is our duty as caregivers to notify a parent when there is an issue. We do screen children with an approved screening tool called Ages and Stages. Sometimes the discipline or child rearing at the home is so different than a daycare setting, it makes it impossible for the child to adjust. Sometimes a parent is open to getting their child evaluated by Early On. This allows for the child to be observed for developmental delays, and behavioral problems. It also gives us an opportunity to work with a behavioral specialist, to see if there is more we can do to help the child so they can remain at the center. If we do not feel that we can meet a child’s needs, and we cannot work with a parent then it may be necessary to stop enrollment. This is never easy for the center or the parent. There are often hurt feelings. There has been retaliation against the center. The internet has been used as a weapon. We will not disclose information on a client or their child. What we will say is that we put the best interest of the child before anything. We will do what the State requires us to do, even if the result is an angry parent. We care deeply about the clients and children that attend our center. We look out for the safety and well being of each child. Our center is a clean and friendly atmosphere. We follow cleaning procedures that the state mandates us to do and more. If a child has a health issue we do require a parent to take them to the doctor.
