Our son goes to this Kindercare and we really like it. The staff there is phenomenal. We feel like they give our son good care and we really appreciate them. They do fun activities too which we think is nice. I recommend this daycare.

My daughter has delays. It’s the hardest thing to know, sad and admit. She’s in 6 hours of therapy to get her caught up every week and we just never knew what we were missing. This community is what we were missing. We feel seen and heard and valued as members of the Kindercare family. From Ms Latrell and her words and actions are that of an angel to the chefs and hard working staff members that put their needs on hold to make sure our kids have a great day, every day. I want to thank this community, Ms Aubrey, Ms Latrell, my daughters beautiful teachers Sloane and Kathryn and Cecilia for making my little girl shine.

Probably the worst KinderCare. My son was there for less than a week and we quickly put him back to the one in coconut creek.

We loved being at Kindercare West Boca especially since Ms Audrey took over as director. The teachers care so much, we got amazing updates all through the day, and it's open most of the year. Thank you for everything you've done, our little one learned, grew and had so much fun attending!

Employees at the school refuse to acknowledge the mother of the child. Allow the father to lie about medical, dental, and otherwise- will not correct info even when offered proof of actual medical and dental along with a custody order that they refuse to comply with. Women who are referred to as directors of the school are rude, disrespectful, and even accusatory- oftentimes, they will hang up on you mid sentence. It is difficult to get any employees to answer the phone or even call you back. You will be spoken down to by employees and they refuse to remain neutral in the midst of custody battles. I was told by corporate office that they are often short on staff and that the directors often have to jump in to help out due to lack of proper care amongst teachers. If you can avoid having your child attend this school, especially in the event of a contentious custody situation, please heed my warning and do so. I am incredibly disappointed and concerned as the only person who seems to care about my child and her well-being, is me.
