West Des Moines KinderCare

We cannot express how much we adore the team at the West Des Moines KinderCare. Our son has been attending since he was 3. He is 5 now. The teachers care about the kids and the families and do everything to ensure their safety and well-being. They provide an incredible curriculum and my son has flourished well beyond our expectations. They take the time to work with each child and create fun lesson plans to engage the kids. Every day we drop him off there are never tears! The entire team- from the Director April, Assistant Director Lauren to Ms Amanda & the other teachers- goes above and beyond. We trust them 100% and know that they treat my son with the utmost respect and caring that we could ever ask for. We are very grateful to have found such a wonderful school for our son.

My son has been attending KinderCare since he's been two months old and I can't imagine going anywhere else. We've made lifelong friendships here. The teachers are incredible. The facility is clean and well-maintained. You're kept up-to-date with the daily photos and notifications. The entire staff is friendly and whenever I have a question it's answered almost immediately. The curriculum is engaging and age appropriate. Side note - I noticed a couple of negative reviews. Yes, the director did ask for reviews but only because it's a new facility and there were none. By no means did they say they had to be positive reviews! No one was "bribed". You simply entered into a drawing for $50 off tuition for leaving any type of review. (I just think it's important to know the facts about that.)

We could not have asked for a more rewarding experience during our time at KinderCare. From infant to toddler stage, our daughter gained invaluable skills through thoughtfully designed curriculum and benefited from daily activities and social settings spanning all aspects of childhood development. Most importantly, her teachers provided a personal touch that was unparalleled. The teachers and directors at this center truly care about each one of their kiddos and go out of their way to make a personal impact. The teachers are knowledgeable, insightful, and have the biggest hearts. Even a month after leaving (due to a house move), our daughter still asks for her toddler room teachers and lights up talking about them. Thank you, KinderCare for everything!

We have been with kindercare for over a year now. There has been some struggles with staffing issues but those have slowed down with the new staff. I can tell the teachers really do care about each child when they have something fun to share each day. My daughter can be shy with new people however she likes her teachers and friends. We've experienced the infant and troddler rooms and can't wait to continue our learning journey!

We have had wonderful experience at West Des Moines Kindercare! We love watching our daughter learn new things from school everyday. Teachers are kind, caring and supportive. My daughter really loves her teachers and that’s how we know they really take good care of her. They often communicate and update activities and photos through Kindercare app which is very user friendly. The facility is nice and clean.
