The entire team was exceptional. Annie, in particular, was incredibly helpful and considerate, ensuring that she arranged interviews with families that aligned with my profile. We came into DC for the inauguration and contacted the nanny’s for the care for our children. Cecile was wonderful. She was timely, professional and great with our children. Our children ranged in ages of 4 months to 7 years. My baby was well fed, rested and happy when I returned. My older children said they had a good time with Cecile. She made me feel comfortable leaving my children with her. Overall wonderful experience.

★☆☆☆☆ Absolutely unacceptable behavior and discriminatory practices I’m appalled and disgusted by the blatant racism I witnessed from this agency. From the moment I put my application in on the site, it became clear that they prioritize certain races over others—both in terms of which caregivers they promote. I was shocked to hear how many women I talked to didn’t get interviewed or callback from this company, but when I call back and put in a fake application as a white woman! then I get a interview then they ask me what type of schedule I’m looking for. This is not just unprofessional—it’s morally reprehensible. No business that deals with the care and development of children should operate with such backward, hateful values. Families and caregivers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Of course they will say this is untrue but I have play dates with other nanny’s who have said the same about their personal experiences with this company.
