Wildwood Farm & Daycare

Wildwood is such a wonderful place for kids. My child grew and learned so much under Sarah and her team's care. Sarah is a kind, thoughtful, creative, experienced Montessori/Waldorf/Reggio trained caregiver and educator. Her daycare is homey, spacious, scenic, and perfect for exploration, hands on learning, and friendship building. Seeing my child's vocabulary and confidence grow was so heartwarming. My family is appreciative of Wildwood for creating an nurturing and enriching environment.

Wildwood is amazing! My son thrives outside, and I wanted him to be around animals and nature at a young age to learn how to respect them. He has experienced that and more at Wildwood. His speech has increased dramatically, and he talks at home about the animals and humans at Wildwood, even the older children of Sarah and Gabe whom he gets to see sometimes. He has learned how to do things from the children of different ages, including opening his palate up to try all of the nourishing organic foods they provide. Sarah and Becca have been the warmest and most patient caregivers; so willing to work with our potty training efforts and always available when I want to discuss what has been happening with my son there. They are also just fun humans to talk with and be around in general. I adore the community developed, the celebration of the children's spirits, and the incredible environment built by Sarah and Gabe. Love this place...wish I could be a kid there!

You will not find a better quality daycare: Sarah is incredible with the kids, compassionate and caring, treating them all with respect while teaching real world skills like putting dishes in the sink after eating. The food is often home cooked and fresh- full of fruits and vegetables that the kids actually eat. Sarah even bakes the bread herself! The property is a small homestead so the kids get to see chickens and baby goats. My daughter loves playing in the giant sand box- she’s often doesn’t want to leave. The transition from having my daughter at home full time to her going to daycare was made so much easier because I knew she was in good hands.

We are completely in love with Wildwood and so is our kiddo. Sarah and Bekah are warm, thoughtful, and nurturing caregivers and their space is an absolute dream for little ones. You know it's a great fit when your child is sad to leave at pickup time and asks to have sleepovers at school! We truly could not ask for a better early childhood environment and are so grateful we found Wildwood.

Wildwood is a magical place where kids play outside, learn how to play and do tasks collaboratively with other kids, and just enjoy childhood. Sarah and her staff are loving and skilled care providers and great communicators. I’m so glad my child had an opportunity to be at Wildwood, to learn how to love the outside and love playing in dirt!
