Williamsburg Village Child Development Center

We have been at Williamsburg for 4 years and have 2 children who absolutely love it. Our kids are always happy to go to daycare and love their teachers and friends. They learn new things daily and are constantly surprising us with great new skills. The owners have high expectations for their staff and the center as a whole. The teachers are wonderful, they incorporate gross motor, fine motor, language and sensory learning daily. It has the best playground of any center we looked at and an awesome park close by that my preschooler loves to go to.

The staff does a great job of communicating either via phone call or the brightwheel application. I have received numerous photos of my child throughout the day during activities or of something he made. I definitely feel comfort in knowing the entrances are secure and require a PIN to enter the building. My child enjoys attending here, loves the teachers, and has many friends here. The amount of field trips they take during the summer is awesome and my child loves the bike days. I found the price to be very fair/comparable to other daycares in the area. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

We have been a part of the WVCD family for over 4 years now! This child care center is truly part of our family! We love Kathy & Ken (owners) and the teachers are top notch. My two daughters have been in the toddler rooms all the way up to school age and Camp W.E.B. As a parent who has to travel, leaving my children is very difficult. But knowing that they are in a safe, loving, learning environment makes every day easier. Thank you WVCDC for being a part of our family village!!

We have used Williamsburg Village Child Development center for over 5 years. Our kids enjoy the center, and keep busy with the various activities. They are constantly learning something new, and sharing great stories about their days. The owners and staff are great and are always willing to help with any questions or concerns. We truely feel valued and part of a family.

I’ve been taking my child here for about 6 months now & we love it! Kathy, the owner, is also a nurse practitioner which is incredibly valuable to have on site. She knows all the children by name & is genuinely happy to see them. Mrs. Pam in the Preschool 2 room is an excellent teacher! We are so lucky to have her! She clearly loves her work & the children there. I couldn’t be happier with the care my son receives.
