Willowdale KinderCare

This daycare is a second home for my grandson. He gets excited about going and really loves all the teachers there. They are all very sweet and kind to him. They incorporate activities throughout the day and have helped him learn new words and songs. I feel so lucky that we found a nice place for him to be when my daughter can’t be with him. I also love all the pictures and videos they share so we can see what he is doing. I would not hesitate to refer this center.

I can’t say enough good things about KinderCare on Willowdale. The director and assistant director are fabulous and they and the teachers genuinely care about the kids that are under their care. Our little one was with them for a month at 3 months old, and we decided to return when our needs changed when she was 7 months old. Our little one had some health concerns and they were great about keeping me updated on her status, and even took the time to reach out after knowing we had a doctors appointment to see how she was doing. I love getting photos of my munchkin doing art projects and playing with toys and reading books. Truly a great place with caring staff.

Kindercare Willowdale has been phenomenal for my son since starting a little over a year ago. Since it was my first time putting my son into daycare I was nervous and worried about leaving him somewhere unsafe, I’m happy to say that this daycare is far from that. They have helped me feel more comfortable and always answer my questions. The staff are super friendly and supportive. The teachers have taught him so many new things to help him grow. They have gone above my expectations many times with crafts, songs, sensory play, and more. The app lets me check in on him throughout the day which is great. My son is beyond happy to go to daycare each day and I am happy to have him there where I have trust in his care.

Our daughter has been going to Willowdale Kindercare since we moved to Frederick in 2022. The center staff feel like family and my daughter loves going to see her teachers and friends. The staff always communicate with my family and it helps us feel like we’re in the loop. I love getting little updates throughout the day via the kindercare app, and can see the positive impact the teachers have had on my daughter for the past 3 years. This was the first center I visited during our childcare search and I still remember feeling so comfortable when I met the assistant director. I instantly knew that my 8 month old would be safe and well taken care of. I always recommend the center to friends and neighbors and do so confidently because of our experience.

They are great! The facility is always clean and the staff is always friendly and personable! The teachers are great at keeping us updated and sending pictures of activities. Ms. Renee treats ALL the kids like her own, not just the kids in her class and Ms. Porshia and Ms. Angie are wonderful! They keep me informed and always address my anxieties or ease any concerns I have!
