Wonderland Children's Academy

Our daughter started going here at about 6 months old. when our babysitter gave us short notice that she couldn't watch her anymore. After starting, it was with 1 month or so & she was crawling and learning so much! She is always excited to see the staff when dropping off. We love the staff & are very thankful for all of them and the care they give our daughter!!

The team at Wonderland Children’s Academy have been great for our son. We had our son at another daycare in town and he was getting bite on a regular bases, so we enrolled him at Wonderland. I’m feel much safer having our son at Wonderland. The teachers and staff are truly caring and actually watch the children. Additionally, the daycare is well staffed unlike many around town. The daycare is one of the cleanest around, and the director is great to do all he can to stop the kids from spreading germs. Our son has respiratory issues and has far fewer infections since being at Wonderland. The teachers are great to incorporate curriculum into the children’s play. At two our son is already counting and using 3-4 word sentences to talk. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Wonderland and would recommend them to anyone.

In January we had to move my daughter from a home daycare she had been at from 1-4 years old that she loved. We had a rough time with the first daycare we took her to and she did not enjoy her time there. In fact, she would shake and cry all night and in the mornings. Knowing something was off, we switched her to the brand new location for Wonderland Children’s Academy on Northshore. It was like night and day for my child! She was super excited every day to go there and she loves her teacher and the helpers in her classroom. She has not fussed or said anything but positive things about her school. The owner Mr. James is fantastic and always keeps the school in tip top shape. I’m very happy we took a chance on a new daycare for our sweet girl!

My daughter has attended the new Northshore location in West Knoxville since they opened in October. Mr. James and his staff have treated all of us like family from the very beginning. He has promptly returned calls and texts, and the staff has even called us to check on our daughter if she is absent. The facility is very clean and the meals they offer the children are healthy. My daughter does not take to new people or places easily, and she will go to her teacher, Ms. Khanda, with open arms when I'm holding her. This has been an excellent daycare experience for my family.

I have been taking my kids to wonderland for years! Since my son was a new born now he’s turn three, and my daughter started the pre-K program and now is going into the first grade! They have been a wonderful staff. Very loving and caring to all the kids. My daughter can be a little much to handle at times, but they handled every situation perfectly! She still gets excited to see all her old teachers, when we pick up her brother. Mr. James the owner has put together one of the best daycares I’ve ever been to. He’s such a good person and really loves the kids and his job! I couldn’t ask for a better daycare.
