Xplor Preschool of Fort Worth - Parkwood Hill Blvd

Our son has been going to Xplor for 13 months now, starting at 5 months. We have loved our experience and things seem to keep getting better with the new administration. They have started doing Parents Night Out and it’s been a wonderful addition. Our son is always learning something new thanks to his amazing teachers and the engaging curriculum. We love discovering all the new things he is currently learning. I couldn’t imagine having our son at any other daycare.

All 3 of our daughters have attended Xplor. This location is super convenient and not far from our home. The staff is extremely amazing. Our youngest daughter had a tough time transitioning from home to daycare. The staff went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and fit in. Each classroom promotion, all of the teachers continue to go above and beyond for her. We love xplor and they feel like family.

Our 11-month-old daughter has been attending Xplor since the summer and we have had nothing but the best experiences with the facility and the staff. Everyone has been so pleasant to our daughter, and we would highly recommend this daycare to anyone looking for comfort and safety of their child. We receive updates on our child throughout the day including pictures and end of day summaries.

Coming from in-home daycare experience to a big facility, I was scared. My son cried every day and they kept saying “this is normal, it will get better”… not only were they right but he is so excited to see his teachers and friends every day, it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to my son. Being a working parent is so hard but the staff, teachers and kids all make it feel like HOME. I love how tight knit the staff is as well. They communicate charges ahead of time so you can prepare to pay for weeks or times your kid may not be there. Thank you to the staff for loving my kids!

This daycare no longer provides a safe and stable environment for children. Since the previous principal left, this daycare has completely fallen apart. The new administration is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly overwhelmed. There’s constant staff turnover, the teachers are not properly helped and supported by admin. So they have to bring in subs from other campuses just so they can stay open. We’ve been there for 3 years now, and the O.G teachers that have been there 3+ years(Corie, Shelly, Veronica) keep that place open. And you can clearly see how overwhelmed the teaching staff is. Safety concerns, especially regarding bullying, are brushed off instead of handled seriously. It’s obvious that the leadership now cares more about appearances than the actual well-being of the children and mental health of the staff. If you are looking for a daycare where your child will be safe, supported, and guided by capable staff, I highly recommend finding another option.
