Young Scholars Academy

Our children have been at YSA for several years now, one starting at 10 weeks old, and our second starting at 12 weeks old. YSA is like a second family to our kids. The teachers and administrators are the most involved and caring people you could ever want to be around your children. YSA is more than just "daycare." They are teaching our kids how to be independent people, how to be kind and courteous to others, and preparing them to enter into the school system with a solid foundation of knowledge and ability to care for themselves and those around them. Not to mention how clean the facility is kept, the homemade meals by Ms. Wanda, the cameras to allow us access to check in on our babies throughout the day, and all of the events planned by the teachers & admin. We could not be more grateful to be part of the YSA community!

One of the BEST daycares in BR area hands down. I wished there were more locations just so ppl can get the experience of the care and love that’s provided here. The teachers are always hands on with the kids. Always sending updates and staying in communication with me. I know my children are safe and loved here. Cameras, apps, and constant updates are provided by the daycare. The administrators are always involved and keeping us informed of what goes on. Not only are they a daycare but they teach and help the kids continue to grow in develop in their own pace. Located near the interstate which is very convenient. I can go on and on but so far i am very pleased!

We have been part of the YSA family for four years now and have been happy every minute of it. The teachers and the administrative staff take pride in being a part of our children's development, and they take joy when the kids hit those big milestones. Our oldest was well prepared for Kindergarten. Also, this past year has been quite the ride due to COVID, but YSA has done what they could to adequately protect the kids while still being reasonable with their policies. Highly recommend YSA!!!

Putting our child in daycare was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do as a mother. I really struggled with it. YSA, was a game changer. It allowed me to go to work feeling confident in the care we were getting, so that I could focus on my job when I was away. That’s not a small thing. That’s a very BIG thing. We have relied heavily on YSA for 5 years and they have delivered every single time! ESPECIALLY during this pandemic. I am so confident in the job that they have done, that I know we are ready and prepared for Kindergarten! Thank you YSA!

The best early learning center in the area!! My 4 year old was extremely-well prepared for kindergarten. We’ve been going here since he was 4 months old. It’s the first center in LA to pilot C. L. A. S. S. (statewide early education assessment program). Every lead teacher has a degree. Love it!
