I was initially very happy with Peach State Daycare when my child started at around 1.5 years old last January. The teachers were wonderful, and I felt confident in leaving my child in their care. However, over the past year, my experience has changed drastically. Management has undergone several changes, and since then, the quality of care has declined significantly. The staff turnover has been incredibly high—my child has had as many as five different teachers in just one week. Every time I dropped him off, I noticed the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, with little support from management. It’s clear that the teachers are struggling, and it does not feel like they are being set up for success. Peach State Daycare markets itself as having "Peach State ratios," claiming they have significantly lower staff-to-child ratios than state regulations require. This was one of the main reasons I chose this daycare, but in reality, I never once saw this advertised ratio in action. On a daily basis, the classrooms were overcrowded, and the staff was stretched too thin. One of the most disturbing incidents was when his 5th or 6th "lead teacher" teacher told me she had told my 2 year old son that if he didn’t join the group activity, his mommy wouldn't pick him up. As a parent, hearing that was absolutely unacceptable and deeply upsetting. This kind of approach does not foster trust or safety for my child. What has frustrated me even more is the lack of communication from the director, Rhonda. After deciding to unenroll my child, I reached out several times by phone and email, but my attempts were ignored. I was promised a refund, but two months have passed with no follow-up or response. I’m extremely disappointed in how Peach State Daycare has evolved. If you're considering this daycare, I urge you to carefully consider the current state of the facility, as it seems far removed from the positive experience I once had.

Peach State Academy is an excellent place for young people to begin their learning. The staff, academia, and facility are by far the best around. The early learning educational foundation surpasses basic requirements and helps the child leap forward enhancing strengths and strong development of milestones. Patience and knowledge from the staff helps create an environment that exceeds expectations.

I highly recommend Peach State Academy. For the care of your children. The director is a very well trained and experienced person with the knowledge of the best care and love for their children that attends this daycare. It is a beautiful and clean environment. All the teachers are well trained for the best care . And the activities are well organized for the right age group. You will not have to worry about leaving your children. In a safe environment. You will be able to have a great day at your job. And not worry about the care of your precious little ones.

After having a less than satisfactory experience at another local daycare we were so relieved to find Peach State Academy and to be welcomed in. My son ( only 2-3 at the time) expressed his gratitude and relief. He is so happy at this place! He talks about his day every day and is always happy with the activities and the teachers. I’m happy with the structure, interaction, communication, and education all taking place at such an early age! I really can’t recommend this place more! I’m actually dreading leaving when we age out.

As a parent, I cannot recommend Peach State Academy highly enough. They have a friendly and well-prepared staff, excellent communication, and my children truly look forward to going to school. Ms. Strickland, the Director, was quite helpful in answering any questions I had. I've also been pleased by the teachers' dedication to giving each child individual attention while working toward their future academic and social success. I am very pleased with the school.
